The iOS app
The app does not require an account. Course progress, saved phrases, appearance settings, and practice preferences are stored locally on your device.
Optional feedback tones use iOS audio features. The app does not use system speech for Zürich German phrases. The included course works without a network connection.
This website
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page performance.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured without advertising cookies. It reports aggregate information such as visits, pages viewed, approximate country, device category, and page-load performance. It is not used to build advertising profiles.
Purchases
Premium access is purchased through Apple’s App Store using StoreKit. Apple processes the transaction. The app reads the verified purchase status needed to provide Premium access.
